Permanent Makeup Pricing
Appointments that go past time due to client request will be charged hourly. Lulu must stay on schedule, and it is recommended to be mindful of her time scheduled. This is tattooing and it is not a beauty treatment so therefor the skin cannot be overworked. The skin must heal, and the sessions must be 2-6 months apart to rework the area for healthier long term results.
Impressionism Eyebrows
Lulu is a licensed + insured cosmetic tattooist, certified in blood borne pathogens. Eyebrow options are dependent on skin type, hair pattern and preference. Pixelated Nano, Borderless Powder Brows or a Combination. Initial session 3.5 hrs.
